Please note that although Michael David does donate his services to many organizations, monetary donations are graciously accepted as the cost of sex reassignment surgery is very expensive, although consideration will be given to all honorariums offered. Additionally, Michael David requires transportation to and from the city for himself, as well as hotel and ground transportation.
